1. Data Collection

JamInvoice is a 100% offline-first application. We do not collect, read, or process your invoicing data. Your invoices, clients, and financial details remain entirely on your local device.

2. Analytics & Telemetry

We may collect anonymous crash reports and minimal usage telemetry to improve the stability of the application. This data contains no personally identifiable information (PII) or financial data.

3. Beta Waitlist

When you join our beta waitlist, we collect your email address strictly for the purpose of notifying you when the application is ready for your selected platform. We will never sell or share your email. We also automatically record limited technical information at the time of signup — such as your browser/device information, the page that referred you, and your language preference — used only to help prevent abuse of the waitlist and to show the page in your preferred language.

4. Closed Beta Feedback & Diagnostics

During the Closed Beta program, when you submit in-app feedback or ratings, we collect limited diagnostic and product feedback metadata (such as your designated tester ID, operating system version, application locale, star ratings, Net Promoter Score, and optional written comments) solely to evaluate and improve the application. Customer business data (invoices, customer names, financial figures, and PDFs) is strictly excluded and remains exclusively on your device.

Early Access means we're inviting a limited number of business owners to test JamInvoice before its public launch. It's temporary — we're using this phase to test, refine, and improve the app based on real feedback before launching more broadly.

After Early Access, JamInvoice is planned to launch publicly as a subscription service. Pricing and any free-trial details have not been finalized and will be announced closer to public launch.

Yes. Your core business data — clients, invoices, and company records — is stored locally on your device, and JamInvoice is designed to work without an internet connection.

Local Folder Sync lets you point JamInvoice at any shared folder — including one managed by Dropbox, OneDrive, or Google Drive — so your data merges automatically across devices with no server involved. It's available now. Direct Google Drive and OneDrive integrations are currently in Beta Preview.

JamInvoice currently requires approximately 75 MB of storage after installation on Android. Because JamInvoice is offline-first, your core business data is stored locally on your device, and additional storage is used as you create documents and save files.

Windows and Android are available now in Early Access. iOS is planned for a later stage.
